Check Voicemail Messages

Easily listen to, forward, move, or delete your voicemail messages using the Connect Portal.

Check Your Voicemail

1. Log in to the Connect Portal.

2. Select Voice > Voicemail Messages from the left-side menu.

3. Use the grey top bar to view your Inbox with all voicemail messages.

   Additionally, you can filter messages by categories like Work, Family, or Friends.

Manage Your Voicemail Messages

Choose the voicemail message you wish to manage:

1. Listen: Click the play button to hear the message.
2. Forward: Send the message to other contacts by clicking the forward button.
3. Move: Click the move to button to relocate the message to a different category (e.g., Work, Family, Friends).
4. Delete: Remove the message by clicking the delete button.
5. Add a Note: Click the add note button to attach comments to the message.
